Emma K. Tsui, B.A.

Emma Tsui, a graduate with honors from Yale University, has two years of consulting services and research experience. Ms. Tsui's experience includes environmental assessment and strategic planning, as well as performance measurement and evaluation. She brings a strong interest in public health systems, and in particular, the health of diverse populations. While working at The Lewin Group, Ms. Tsui worked with Ms. Partida on key projects such as the Border Health Institute feasibility study and the business case analysis of safety net providers.

Marjorie Janvier, B.A., B.A.S.

Marjorie Janvier graduated from University of Pennsylvania with a B.S in Economics with a concentration in Health Care Management from the Wharton School and with a B.A.S in Bioengineering from the Engineering School. Ms. Janvier specializes in health delivery organizations with a focus on vulnerable populations. She brings exceptional research and analytical skills. As a former Analyst with The Lewin Group, Ms. Janvier's work focused on strategic planning for clinical and pharmaceutical services and conducting feasibility studies for the improvement of the quality of care. Additional experience includes conducting county needs assessments and creating spatial maps.

Ngoc Bui-Tong, M.A.

Ngoc Bui-Tong is a strategic and management consultant with a strong foundation in health care and proven project management, communication and interpersonal skills. She brings experience in budget and work plan development and monitoring, client relations, resource allocation, meeting facilitation and proposal writing. In addition, while working at The Lewin Group, she provide consulting services in qualitative and quantitative data design and analysis, needs and resource assessment, focus group and stakeholder interview development and implementation as well as results based accountability, performance measurement, indicator and outcomes tracking.

Alaina Dall, M.A.

Alaina Dall, an independent contractor with 10 years experience in private and public health care organizations, university settings, and community-based organizations brings expertise in health-related writing, research and planning projects. She is experienced in developing strategic plans, needs assessments, and working collaboratively with interagency and diverse groups. She brings analytical and organizing skills to the team, as well as the ability to present complex information in simplified forms for lay audiences.
